About the Position:

One of our esteemed clients in the food manufacturing industry is currently seeking qualified or experienced Bakers and Pastrycooks for full-time permanent positions. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to advance their careers with a reputable company that offers the chance for DAMA (Designated Area Migration Agreement) sponsorship.

As a Baker or Pastrycook, you will be involved in manufacturing and baking a variety of products, including:

• Freshly baked loaves, brioche, sourdough, cobs, baguettes.
• 100% Aussie beef, chicken and mushroom pies, cheese and bacon pies.
• Sweet treats such as family apple pie, delicious slices, and biscuits.

Work Schedule:

Shifts are available from Monday to Friday with the following scheduled times:

• Morning Shift: 6:00 am – 3:30 pm
• Day Shift: 9:00 am – 6:30 pm
• Afternoon Shift: 9:45 am – 8:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

As a Baker or Pastrycook, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Preparing, baking, and packaging a wide range of bread, pastries, and savory goods.
• Ensuring quality control and consistency in every batch produced.
• Following safety and hygiene standards and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Assisting with inventory management and the timely ordering of ingredients.
• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience or formal qualifications as a Baker or Pastrycook.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality baked goods.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends if required.
