We’re working with employers across Far North Queensland’s DAMA (Designated Area Migration Agreement) region who are currently looking for civil construction workers and tradespeople — including diesel fitters, heavy plant / vehicle mechanics, civil engineers, and general civil construction experience.

Who this suits

  • Genuine civil-industry experience in any capacity — trades or engineering
  • Because these roles fall under DAMA, the occupation scope is broader than the standard skilled list
  • Onshore candidates strongly preferred, but strong offshore applicants also considered
  • Functional English
