Australian Career Pathways places skilled and semi-skilled workers with sponsoring Australian employers across meat processing, steel fixing, civil construction, HVAC/refrigeration, carpentry, and tiling/stonemasonry. Our Global Trainee pathway works like an Australian Apprenticeship — you work for a sponsoring employer while completing a formal qualification through a Registered Training Organisation, supporting either a regional DAMA 482 visa or, for CSOL-listed trades, a standard pathway to permanent residency.
