Who we are
Australian Career Pathways connects skilled overseas tradespeople with Australian employers who sponsor them under the 482, 494 and 186 visa programs. We are based in Toowoomba, Queensland, in the heart of the Darling Downs — close to the farms, feedlots and processing plants we work with every day.
We do far more than make an introduction. We prepare the worker, handle the visa, and support them through the move — so you get someone who is genuinely ready to start.
What we handle for you
- Free placement — no placement fee charged to the worker.
- English training — through our Workers School, we prepare workers to meet the language requirement.
- Gap training — targeted training to close any skills gaps before placement.
- MINTRAC skills assessment — formal meat-industry skills assessment arranged and supported.
- End-to-end visa lodgement — 482 / 494 / 186, managed for you.
- Soft-landing relocation — we help workers settle in so they stay.
Migration support in your language
We work with a network of registered migration agents — including agents who speak Mongolian, Korean, Japanese and Chinese as well as English. That means we can source, guide and fully support candidates from a range of countries through the entire process in their own language, right up to the day they start work.
